George W. Jones, a former well known resident of this place, died Sunday at Russellville and was buried there Monday. Mr. Jones resided west of the city until a few months ago, his wife dying there last winter. -s

George Jones passed from this life Sunday at the age of 57 years. Funeral services were conducted at the M. E. Church at Russellville. Interment was at the Russellville Cemetery.
